october's surgery is today
So after much waiting and saving, October went in for his surgery this morning. Me and sarah dropped him off at 8:30 am. Sarah called around noon to check with them and they said that they were in surgery now. He has to stay over night, and hopefully if everything goes ok we'll be picking him up at noon tomorrow. There is gonna be an empty place in the bed tonight for the first time :( Current Mood:  gloomy |

great news!!!
well, me and sarah approved for a loan to get October's surgery. We pick it up tomorrow morning. Got his surgery scheduled for the 18th this month. I couldn't ask for better x-mas news. And he will pretty much not be able to do anything for 10 weeks, so we are hoping that the other leg (which isn't as bad) will heal do to no activity. Sarah was so happy when I told her she broke out into tears. Our baby boy will be out of pain soon!!! |

update time
well, lets see, working the day job as always. I've been bouncing at The Green Elephant (Homebar) thurs-sat night, plus picking up bartending shifts when needed on other nights October has a parcial tare in his back right leg, Looks Like he is gonna have to have surgery, $1200 big ones. He has been limping alot. and now he is limping with the other leg. We think he may have over compensated and torn his other leg. Sometimes they seem fine other times he can barely walk and just looks at me with sad puppy eyes. The Animal hospital originally said they would do the surgery on the first leg and that we could do payments. After talking to them last night they told us because of his size they would have to refer us to an animal hospital in Addison. Which we are pretty sure will not let us go the payment rout . And if his other leg is torn too, that's another $1200. Looks like no one in our family's are getting anything more than an x-mas card this year. so I'm busting my ass at the second job trying to get money together. Man this sucks! Current Mood: drained |

Man, I never update anymore
Work has blocked half of the things I go to, like LJ. To get here I have to go through a Citrix protial to my client's side, and go through their internet. such a pain in the ass. in other news, I'm getting a small bonus, might be getting a big one too, and they are looking to give me a small promotion I think. Which basicly won't really be anything at all Been trying to go out again. I kinda miss it, but we always seem to be broke because we are paying off all these bills and debts. So I have opted out for the free stuff. Been hitting up Zubar on friday and having a good time. Can't seem to get sarah to come with me. But since she has to get up so early during the week, she tends to get sleepy around 9:30. I think I'm gonna make her come with me this friday |

Work is gaying up the interent
so I came in today and myspace, youtube and livejournal are blocked from work. That sucks cause I'm already running out of stuff to look at between calls. Lucky I am able to access livejournal through my clients citrix connection. But myspace is blocked on their side aswell. Haven't checked youtube yet suxor guess I'll start posting here more again Current Mood: bored |

So Trainwreck is off and going
Got all the dj's lined up (we had 64 ppl sign up to play) we only need 16. I ended up adding 4 more and making the party start @ 9 since there was such a demand. Last night I went up and spoke to Mikie at Wax (the old Sandbar) He said they should be getting their liquor lisence this week or next. I gave him the date and all and he said it was cool. x-box 360 coming my way
so, we took the used x-box back to the store and using the store credit to get an x-box 360 platinum. Sarah didn't know I wanted a 360 and got me a regular x-box, so I called around to see if anyone had one. I figured I could get her money back from it and take it to someplace that had a 360. But no one has any. So I called the store see if maybe they had any (I didn't call originally because a buddy of mine used to work for that gaming store and he told me, hey usually only have the display model) but I checked with them anyway. Nope they didn't have, BUT he let me know they are getting a hugh shippment of them coing in on the 22nd. So I took the x-box in, got the store credit and got my name on the list......I'm thinking I may have to call in sick so I can spend all day playing on it lol |

well I found someone to bu my fish tank, it's not a whole lot but atleast I will be able to get the hugh thing out of my parent's garage. I'm getting enough to buy the 2 new tires I need Next up is my comics, I have tons of comics. All are atleast 10 years old or so. Gonna catalog them all and see what I can get for them. That money will go towards paying off some of sarah's debt that she has. WE are doing fine in our finances but there's not alot lot of money left over since we started our budget due to x-mas and v-day. We may be looking for part time jobs soon. Those would help pay off the debt and get us some money for when we move to florida. Since sarah will be going to school full time, that means she will only be able to do a part time gig. This is gonna make our money really tight....I'm not looking forward to those 2 years |

It's that time again we are having DJ's sign up for trainwreck you all know how this works Date : we are looking at Friday Dec 23 Location : we have almost decided last time we did a first come first server, only problem is that is filled up in just a n hour or so and some dj's didn't get a fair chance to sign up, so this time, we will be pulling names AND time slots out of a hat. to give everyone a fair chance to play and times.
